For high quality sound DJ Laurie uses a Bose L1 model 1s with a BL bass.  The system is designed to provide 180 degrees of clear and even sound, and is recommended by Bose for audiences of up to 300 people.  For larger functions she also uses a Bose L1 compact.  These systems may be complimented by her high powered LED Moving spot lights, stage lights, and up lighting.  Colors of red, green, blue, and yellow will illuminate the dance floor, while changing to the beat of the music.  Fog machines emitting thick bursts of water based fog to enhance any light show may also be used.
